Member Till-Issued Coupons

Member till coupons are available to all Southern Co-op members, on use of their Southern Co-op membership card in store. Coupons are issued from colleague-manned main tills only, they cannot be issued from self checkout tills, but they can be redeemed at either a colleague-manned main till or self checkout till. Coupons may only be used once by the member they were issued to. They are redeemable at Southern Co-op-owned food stores only. Coupons are only redeemable once in the period from the date of issue until the end date stated on the coupon. Coupons can be used once to receive the discount stated on the coupon. The member must present the original coupon. Photocopies will not be accepted. The coupon must be redeemed with a Southern Co-op membership card. Only one coupon will be accepted per transaction and you may not use it in conjunction with any other voucher, offer, discount or third party promotion, with the exception of Southern Co-op colleague discount. The coupon can be used to receive the discount on in-store price promotions on products, such as meal deal, buy one get one free, multibuys or special price discounts with the exception of such offers on excluded products The coupon cannot be redeemed against purchases of alcohol (including low or 0% alcohol products, cigarettes, tobacco, cigars, e-cigarettes and vape products, baby milk, lotteries, mobile phone top-up cards, postage stamps, saving stamps, gift cards, in-store concessions or fuel. It is not transferable, refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Share of the Profits points issued on purchases are only applicable on actual spend, after any applicable discounts are applied..
