We’re currently working behind the scenes to update our app and improve the member experience. During this period, while you will still be collecting points, you won’t be able to see the total collected.
All you need to do is go to – https://app.southernco-op.co.uk on your mobile device. Please note that as our Southern Co-op app is a Progressive Web Application, it is not available to download from the App Store, Google Play Store, Samsung Galaxy Apps or other App stores. New members please note that it may take up to 48 hours after joining to log on to the app.
Once you’ve registered using your membership card number and postcode, you’ll be taken to the app homepage. The blue Southern Co-op icon will also download onto your device’s home screen
Please ensure that you are using a Southern Co-op Membership Card which will begin 63317498. Enter the digits of your card after 633174 ensuring no spaces. Allow 48 hours after joining to access the app. If you have recently changed address, please allow 48 hours after we have confirmed this has been done.
Our app is a PWA which stands for ‘Progressive Web Application’ meaning it will work across many devices and platforms and isn’t tied to an operating system such as IOS for Apple or Android for Samsung etc. For this reason, you won’t find it to download on any app stores.
If you are experiencing problems it may be because you may have an older style mobile device. We recommend accessing our Southern Co-op Member app via the following:


This shouldn’t happen but if you experience an issue please email Member support with either a photograph of your receipt or details of the transaction (date and time, store number, total after savings, transaction number, till number) so we can add the Share of the Profits points to your account.
You will need to enter a postcode into the box or click on the compass icon which will pick up your geo-location if you have allowed your phone to do this. To enable your phone to do this you will need to access Settings for your device and allow Location Settings.
Points cannot be redeemed in store. Share of the Profits is not a loyalty scheme, it’s a share of profits based on business performance. The points you’ve earned from eligible transactions in store are stored on your membership account. When the Board of Directors considers a share of the profits could be made, following member approval, a dividend payment is made in vouchers.
