Terms and Conditions
Promoter:
The promoter is The Southern Co-operative Limited, 1000 Lakeside, Western Road, Portsmouth, PO6 3FE (“Southern Co-op”).
Eligibility:
This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over who have a valid Deliveroo account. Employees of Southern Co-op or Deliveroo, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this promotion are not eligible to enter.
Promotion Period:
The competition runs from 19 January 2026 to 23:59 on 19 February 2026. Entries submitted outside the promotion period will not be valid.
How to Enter:
To enter the competition, entrants must place a grocery order from a participating Southern Co-op store via Deliveroo during the promotion period and apply the promotional code WINCOOP15 at checkout. The promotional code WINCOOP15 may only be used once per customer and once per Deliveroo account. Each customer will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw and one (1) 15% discount only.
A minimum order value of £10 (excluding delivery and service fees) applies. The discount code cannot be applied after an order has been placed and cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, discount, or promotion. No purchase beyond the qualifying order is required.
Discount Details:
The promotional discount provides 15% off one Southern Co-op grocery order placed via Deliveroo during the promotion period (19 January – 19 February 2026). The discount excludes: alcohol, cigarettes and tobacco products, e-cigarettes and vaping products, baby milk, phone top-ups, stamps, gift cards, and in-store concessions. Delivery and service fees are excluded from the discount and will be charged separately.
Prize:
The prize consists of a grocery credit with a total value of £1,040, redeemable via Deliveroo at participating Southern Co-op stores. The full prize value will be credited in one amount directly to the winner’s Deliveroo account. No cash alternative is available. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Southern Co-op reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal value if necessary.
Winner Selection and Notification:
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 14 days of the promotion period closing. The winner will be contacted via Deliveroo using the email address associated with their Deliveroo account. If the winner does not respond or accept the prize within 7 days of notification, their entitlement to the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected.
Prize Fulfilment:
The prize credit will be applied to the winner’s Deliveroo account within 14 days of prize acceptance.
Winner Information and Publicity:
The surname and county of the winner may be obtained up to one month after the closing date by sending a stamped, addressed envelope to:

By entering the Competition, entrants agree that Southern Co-op may use the winner’s name, county, prize details and any associated content for promotional and publicity purposes in any media for a reasonable period without further payment. Winners may object to the publication of their surname and county or request that this information be reduced by contacting: [email protected].
Data Protection:
Deliveroo acts as the data controller for this competition. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Deliveroo’s Privacy Policy. Southern Co-op will not receive or store entrants’ personal data and will only receive anonymised, aggregated performance data relating to the promotion. Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the promotion, applying the discount, selecting a winner and issuing the prize. Data will not be used for marketing unless separate consent has been given.
Liability:
Southern Co-op and Deliveroo accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not successfully submitted due to technical or other reasons beyond their control. Neither party shall be liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Disqualification:
Southern Co-op reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where there is reasonable suspicion of breach of these terms and conditions, fraudulent activity or any attempt to unfairly influence the outcome of the competition.
General:
Southern Co-op reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this competition or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable. The decision of the Promoter in all matters relating to the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Governing Law:
This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
