Southern Co-op Lucky Local Instant Win Giveaway

1. This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to residents of the UK, aged 18 and over. Proof of identity and age may be required.
2. The giveaway runs from 21/10/24 – 26/11/24 and will be advertised via a household mailer drop within selected Southern Co-op store locations.
3. By participating in the Giveaway, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
4. You may participate in the Giveaway by scratching off the ‘Lucky Local’ scratch panel on the household mailer referenced in clause 2 above. Winning mailers are capped at 50 per store location, with the reminder of those mailers being no win.
5. The winner may use the winning mailer to claim the product shown on the scratched-off panel which will be either a Co-op Irresistible Pizza 471g – 525g or a Co-op Irresistible Prosecco 75cl (“the Prize”).
6. Prizes may only be claimed in store, from the store named on the mailer.
7. The winner must provide their winning mailer with scratch off panel to a colleague as evidence of their win and exchange it for their Prize at a main till.
8. If the Prize is not available, the winner will be offered a like-for-like product or alternatively can wait for the Prize to be back in stock. Choice of like-for-like product completely at Southern Co-op’s discretion
9. Prizes must be claimed by 8pm on 26/11/24.
10. Original winning mailers only, photocopies will not be accepted.
11. No purchase is necessary to claim the Prize.
12. Southern Co-op accepts no responsibility for winning mailers that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt by Southern Co-op.
13. The Prize includes no costs associated with the Prize and not specifically included in the Prize, for example, travel or other expenses.
14. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or another Prize except at Southern Co-op’s discretion detailed in clause 8 above.
15. The Giveaway is open to employees of Southern Co-op with the exception of any employees (and their families), their agents or related third parties who are directly connected with the administration of the Giveaway.
16. Southern Co-op accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Giveaway or accepting or use of the Prize. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of Southern Co-op for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
17. Southern Co-op reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Giveaway with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Southern Co-op in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Southern Co-op shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
19. The Giveaway will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants to the Giveaway submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
