There are two ways to manage and update your membership details, depending on your membership card number. Your membership card number can be found on your physical card or the digital card on our member app.

1. Your membership card number starts with 633174: If your 18 digit membership card number begins with 633174, use our online form to request changes to your account, including personal details and marketing preferences.
2. Your membership card number starts with anything else: If your membership card number does not begin with 633174, you can update your details and preferences via your online account. Simply sign in using the username and password you set up when you registered for membership.
