- This offer (the “Offer”) is open to residents of the UK, aged 18 and over who are members of The Southern Co-operative Limited (“Southern Co-op”). Proof of identity and age may be required.
- By participating in the Offer, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and the specific details of the Offer set out in the promotional material or medium.
- To enter the Offer members must log in through the offer page at https://pages.southernco-op.co.uk/LocalFlavours and complete the offer application form (“Offer Form”), in full.
- The Offer comprises fifty individual Local Flavours tasting boxes (“Tasting Boxes”) available which will be given away to the first fifty members to successfully complete the Offer Form (“Successful Entrants”). The Successful Entrants will be notified by email. If you do not receive an email it is because you are not one of the Successful Entrants.
- You may only enter the Offer once and any duplicate entries will be eliminated.
- For the avoidance of doubt, Tasting Boxes will only be sent to the Successful Entrants and any entries made after the first fifty will not be eligible for the offer.
- No purchase is necessary to apply for the Offer but a short questionnaire about the products will be emailed to the Successful Entrants asking for feedback on the products contained within their Tasting Boxes. Following receipt of completed questionnaires by 16 September 2022 a £5 Southern Co-op gift card to be spent in a Southern Co-op store will be sent to the Successful Entrants in return by 1 October 2022.
- Southern Co-op accepts no responsibility for entries that are not captured due to technical or other reasons. Proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt by Southern Co-op.
- The exact selection and amount of products in the Tasting Boxes is completely at the discretion of Southern Co-op. Southern Co-op also reserves the right to replace the box contents with alternative product, if necessary, at Southern Co-op’s discretion.
- Southern Co-op accepts no responsibility for the contents of the products in the Tasting Boxes and recommends that Successful Entrants read the labels of the products in the Tasting Boxes before consuming them especially if any Successful Entrants suffer from any allergies.
- The Tasting Boxes include no costs associated with their contents and not specifically included in the contents.
- The products contained within the Tasting Boxes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other products.
- The Offer is open to employees of Southern Co-op, with the exception of any employees (and their families), their agents or related third parties who are directly connected with the administration of the Offer.
- Tasting Boxes will be delivered at Southern Co-op’s cost but at the Successful Entrants risk from 27 July 2022 and the Successful Entrants shall allow 28 days for delivery of the box. Southern Co-op accepts no responsibility for tasting box being lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
- Depending on the nature of the Offer, at Southern Co-op’s discretion, the surname and county of the Successful Entrants will be provided up to a month after the closing date on receipt of a request enclosing a stamped addressed envelope to: The Southern Co-operative Limited FAO Southern Co-op Member Engagement Officer, Sustainability and Communications Department 1000 Lakeside, Western Road, Portsmouth, PO6 3FE or by emailing: [email protected].
- Successful Entrants may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Offer and the Successful Entrants shall participate in such activity on Southern Co-op’s reasonable request. Successful Entrants consent to the use by Southern Co-op, its related companies and any other person directly connected with the administration of the Offer for a reasonable time, the Successful Entrants’ images, photographs and names for publicity purposes (in any medium, including on the internet on any websites hosted by Southern Co-op, its related companies and its partners and in advertising, marketing or promotional material) without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Offer, all entrants consent to the same.

- Southern Co-op accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, illness or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Offer or accepting the prize. Southern Co-op further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Offer. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of Southern Co-op for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
- Southern Co-op reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Offer with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Southern Co-op in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Southern Co-op shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
- The Offer will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants to the Offer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
