1. This community food bank reward scheme is applicable to The Southern Co-operative Limited’s (“Southern Co-op”) members only.
  2. This community food bank reward scheme applies to transactions made at Southern Co-op owned stores only.
  3. Participation in the community food bank reward scheme will result in Southern Co-op donating 2p (“Donation”) from every Qualifying Transaction to its foodbank partners and such donations are not transferable.
  4. A qualifying transaction is made when a Southern Co-op member at the time of purchase presents their Southern Co-op membership card to be scanned by a colleague or scans it at a self-checkout and the transaction does not include any cigarettes, tobacco and tobacco related products, cigars, e-cigarettes and vape products, baby milk, lotteries, mobile phone top-up cards, Paypoint transactions postage stamps, saving stamps, gift cards, in-store concessions or fuel (“Qualifying Transaction”).
  5. Only one Southern Co-op membership card can be accepted per Qualifying Transaction.
  6. The total amount of donations accumulated will be divided equally between Southern Co-op’s foodbank partners.
  7. Donations to our foodbank partners will be made biannually via Neighbourly.
  8. By using your membership card to participate in this community food bank reward scheme you accept these terms and conditions.
  9. Southern Co-op reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of this community food bank reward scheme, suspend it or end it at any time without notice or recourse.
