2025 Annual General Meeting

What happened at the AGM?

Members heard from our Chair and Chief Executive in relation to Southern Co-op’s activities over the last year and our plans for the future. We also had colleagues talking about what was going on in their area of the business whether it was ELS, training and development initiatives or the positive work we are doing in relation to our environmental targets to create a more sustainable future.  Members approved the Board’s Annual Review and Financial Statements for the year ending 26th January 2025 and the Report of the Board’s Remuneration and Appointments Committee for the same period.
