For the third year running, Southern Co-op has won an award at the annual Havant and South Downs College (HSDC) Awards.

For the second consecutive year, Southern Co-op was presented with the Outstanding Investment in Employee Development Award.

Southern Co-op’s partnership with HSDC started in 2018 with the first Level 5 apprenticeship.

The offering has grown since then and includes HSDC delivering an Employability programme to the Kickstart individuals, continuing with several more intakes of the Level 5 apprenticeship, ad hoc apprenticeships and more recently accommodating a number of T Level students into its head office in Lakeside, Portsmouth.
