A new Starbucks® will open in Gallagher Retail Park, Bristol, on Wednesday 16 June.

The store will be operated by Starbucks® licensee Cobra Coffee – part of a regional co-operative family which already runs retail stores in Bristol.

To celebrate the opening, the store will be offering complimentary reusable cups to 50 lucky customers every day for the first week of opening.

The store will support Ronald McDonald House Bristol as its local charity partner. Ronald McDonald House Bristol provides support to families whose critically ill children are receiving treatment at the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children. A representative from the charity will attend the store opening on Wednesday.

The new Store Manager, Nadine Hulbert, has been successfully promoted to the role after completing on the job training at a sister store in Bath.

Nadine Hulbert said: “We are excited to open our new store in Bristol and becoming a part of the local community. The team is closely following the latest guidance from both the government and health authorities to keep everyone safe. We have chosen to support the Ronald McDonald House Bristol as we know the difference the charity makes to families so we are grateful to have the charity with us on the day of opening.”

The store will be open for indoor dining and takeaways in accordance with the latest government guidance. A delivery service with Uber Eats will be set up later this month.

Customers are invited to visit the store to enjoy their favourite Starbucks®beverage or try the new summer menu, including the Coffee Chocolate Crunch Frappuccino, Caramel Brownie Cream Frappuccino, Lemon Iced Tea and Peach Iced Tea.

Part of Southern Co-op, the new store is conveniently located at Gallagher Retail Park, Aldermoor Way, Longwell Green, Bristol, BS30 7DA, and open from 7am until 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 8am until 5pm on Sundays.

Starbucks® coffee is 99% ethically sourced and accredited by Conservation International under the C.A.F.E. Practices programme. Starbucks® offers a 25p discount to all customers who bring a reusable cup when purchasing a drink.
