I visited the shop several times recently to take parcels or collect parcels. Most of the staff make you feel like you’re an inconvenience apart from Brian. Brian is a helpful, genuine caring man who goes above and beyond to make sure the visit is a good visit and you get everything you need. In my opinion, Brian is an absolute asset to this co-op and I believe there should be more like brian in this shop. If there is an award for customer service he hands down wins this.
