We have been in this place several times. The prices are very reasonable and the members of staff are cheerful. The place has a sense of people being warm, friendly and welcoming. This is one of the best places to shop because the member of staff. They actually care about their jobs and it is evident that they put forth great efforts into their roles. The levels of service provided by the members of staff are excellent and impressive. Many people do not like using the self-service tills (there are three of them). If only one person is serving, I accept that I might have to wait for longer. Many people do not mind waiting because all of the members of staff are lovely and they always seem to be doing so many things at once. Most people realise that if only one person is serving, then they might have to wait. People see the self-service tills and if they want to use them, they can obviously decide for themselves. It says something positive about your customer service if people would rather wait to be served by a member of staff as opposed to a machine.The members of staff are extremely welcoming and have a great and vibrant attitude. We attended this place recently and there was a Security Guard present. He took the time to greet people, he looked confident, he was friendly and he looked as if he was could handle any difficulties in a competent manner. The shop has had issues with shoplifters and this man appeared to be able to deal effectively and fairly with any transgressions of the law.
