Kids and grown ups will love these topping ideas for homemade pancakes. Easy and delicious, they’re perfect for a Pancake Day breakfast or supper on Shrove Tuesday. You can check out our latest offers for great deals on those Pancake Day essentials, too!

Peanut butter and jam (pictured)
Stir a spoonful of peanut butter into your pancake batter before frying. Serve the warm, nutty pancakes topped with more peanut butter, some sliced banana and a dollop of strawberry jam.

Orange and zesty cream cheese
Whip cream cheese with orange zest and a little freshly squeezed orange juice. Serve freshly made pancakes topped with the whipped cheese and extra segments of orange.

Tropical fruit and lime yogurt
Stir finely grated lime zest into natural yogurt. Serve your pancakes topped with the yogurt and a mix of tropical fruit, such as chopped pineapple, mango, banana and kiwi.

Bacon and sweet chilli sauce
Fry bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces and scatter over freshly made pancakes. Drizzle with sweet chilli sauce.
