Loaded bacon fries (pictured)
Cook frozen fries according to pack instructions. Meanwhile, fry some chopped bacon in a pan until crispy. Take the fries out of the oven 5 mins before the end of cooking time and top with torn pieces of mozzarella and grated Cheddar. Return to the oven to finish cooking. Serve topped with the cooked bacon and some finely chopped parsley. Stir some hot sauce through mayonnaise and serve alongside the fries for dipping.

Cook spring onions and chopped mushrooms in a frying pan until golden. Stir together with some grated cheese, a few jalapeños and chopped coriander. Divide the mixture between round tortillas, then fold each in half and put in a frying pan and press down with the back of a fish slice. Cook until golden on one side, then flip and repeat. Do this with all of the tortillas, then slice into wedges and serve scattered with extra chopped coriander and with some soured cream on the side.

Sweet chilli chipolatas
Spread chipolatas over a baking tray. In a bowl, mix crushed garlic with sweet chilli sauce and a little water to loosen. Toss the sweet chilli glaze with the sausages and roast in a medium oven until golden. Scatter with chopped coriander and sesame seeds (optional) to serve.

Warm crispy mince-topped houmous
Heat a little oil in a frying pan, then add minced beef and cook until starting to brown. Add a little cinnamon and cumin and cook for a few mins more, then stir in some honey and cook until well browned and a little crispy. Spoon houmous on to a platter, then top with the crispy mince, and scatter over some finely chopped red chilli, pine nuts and plenty of chopped parsley.
