Try whizzing up one of these delicious smoothie combos, it’s the perfect quick brekkie that’s packed full of goodness, and great fun for the kids too!

Green goodness
Put cored and chopped apple, spinach and chunks of avocado in a blender. Whizz with a squeeze of lemon juice and honey, plus plenty of Greek yogurt, until smooth.

Mango and coconut
Put pieces of fresh (or tinned) pineapple, chopped banana, a squeeze of lime juice and coconut milk in a blender and whizz until smooth.

Frozen berry
Put frozen mixed summer berries into a blender with plenty of strawberry yogurt, a dash of vanilla extract and a splash of orange juice. Whizz until smooth.

Peanut butter and banana
Add chopped banana and oats to a blender with a little peanut butter, some honey and plenty of almond milk. Whizz until smooth.
